Denver Broncos announced after their third preseason game, that running back Jamaal Charles made the 53-man roster. Up until now, Charles was not guaranteed a spot due to a history of injuries and no contractual guarantees.
During the preseason game, Charles rushed four times for 27 yards and caught 2 of 3 targets for 15 yards. Charles impressed the Broncos coaching staff with his agility and burst of speed.
