Throughout the Seattle Seahawks’ training camp, the talk of the running backs has been Thomas Rawls or Eddie Lacy. However, after Friday night’s preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings, the talk has shifted to Chris Carson.
Lacy started the game because Rawls was out with an ankle injury. But, Carson just exploded. He turned 6 carries into 27 yards and 1 reception for 17 yards. Carson saw 9 of the 22 snaps with the first team. He even had a huge block on Pro-Bowl DE Everson Griffen. Plus, while on special teams, Carson forced a fumble on the opening kickoff of the second half.
