The Los Angeles Chargers have a lot going for them this year. They moved to a new city and moved into a new (temporary) stadium. The Chargers did well in the draft by adding strength to their offensive with wide receiver Mike Williams and offensive guard Forrest Lamp. The Chargers also have some veteran players returning, such as tight end Antonio Gates and WR Keenan Allen.
In the past couple of years, Allen hasn’t been a stranger to injury. He has missed 26 games in the last four years, including all 16 in 2016. In 2105, he lacerated his kidney, which caused him to miss half of the season.
