Sam Allardyce assesses Everton’s objectives in Saturday’s editions of the national newspapers.

The Blues boss tells the Daily Telegraph that “you can’t turn down a European place” with the Toffees very much in the hunt for a top seven spot.

Elsewhere, the former Crystal Palace manager insists he wants to build a team to play at the proposed new stadium at Bramley-Moore in the Guardian.

In the Daily Star, Allardyce also admits that he will have a better idea of what Everton can achieve once they reach the final five or six games of the campaign - but that the priority now is Premier League safety.
