Napoli have pulled the plug on contract talks with Everton and West Ham target Manolo Gabbiadini.
The striker has been locked in negotiations with the Italian club for weeks and initially it was reported that talks were going well.
The Italian, whose current contract expires in June 2019, was expected to double his wages and sign on until the summer of 2021.
But now, according to Mediaset Premium, Napoli have cancelled discussions over a new deal.
Coach Maurizio Sarri has reportedly been unimpressed with Gabbiadini's recent performances and he is reluctant to reward him with a bumper contract.
