It may not have ended well, but there has been plenty for Evertonians to sink their teeth into on evertonfc.com this week.
In amongst the dissection of the point gained at Manchester City, and then the build up to what was ultimately a frustrating afternoon at Turf Moor, we have paid tribute to a legend, seen three other greats pick up deserving accolades and had a first team star shortlisted for a continental prize.
And while we ended the week in defeat against Burnley, we did remember one of our own in James Greenop and reminded ourselves of the fine work undertaken by his father Russ.
