Gylfi Sigurdsson admits Everton need a win "pretty or ugly" to boost their confidence - but insists the Blues aren’t too far away from getting it right.

Everton welcome Lyon in a crunch Europa League game on Thursday before hosting Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.

“Obviously the next game is an important one but, for us at the moment, we just need to win, pretty or ugly,” said the 28-year-old.
