Sean Dyche insists he is 'excited' to continue his managerial career after nine months out of the game... as the former Burnley boss claims there will be no nerves when he gets his Everton reign under way against Arsenal

Sean Dyche is ready to shape Everton’s future by embracing the club’s past.

There will be no first day nerves for the new manager tomorrow afternoon as he takes charge for the first time at Goodison Park against Arsenal, just excitement about being back on the touchline for the first time since leaving Burnley last April.

‘I will have that game-day anxiety — are the players going to deliver what we have been working on — but there will be excitement,’ said Dyche, whose new club are battling relegation for the second season in a row.
