Lukaku Sits Out Opener Against Tottenham

Lukaku didn't feature in Everton's 1-1 draw against Tottenham Hotspur, and the Toffees revealed after the match he suffered a heel injury in the friendly against Espanyol.
Per the club's official website, manager Ronald Koeman expects him to play against WBA, as he said: "He was already a doubt for today, but we had good hope that he was going to start.
