Ray Parlour has warned Arsenal fans not to expect a Premier League title challenge anytime soon despite their rise in form under Mikel Arteta this season.
Arteta has whipped the Gunners into shape after a difficult start to the campaign which saw them suffer six defeats in their first 15 league matches.
Since losing 2-1 away at Everton on December 6, his side have claimed nine wins out of 11 and moved themselves into pole position for a top-four finish as a result.
With 12 matches to go, Arsenal currently sit one point clear in fourth and still have the luxury of three games-in-hand on their closest rivals.
