Oumar Niasse is free to leave Everton, manager Ronald Koeman has confirmed.
Niasse, 26, cost the Toffees £13.5 million when he joined from Lokomotiv Moscow in the January transfer window.
The Senegal international striker, who scored for Everton in an under-23s game against Arsenal this week, has failed to make an impact, making only five appearances and has been told he can leave Goodison Park.
"I don't think the goal changes anything but he's still a contracted player of Everton," Koeman said.
"Of course I mentioned before the season started that he's a player who will not be in my plans but he's still under contract and he needs game-time for if there is interest from other clubs.
