Goalkeeper Jonas Lössl will join Everton on 1 July, signing a three-year contract until the end of June 2022.
The 30-year-old Denmark international has penned a pre-contract agreement with the Blues and will move to the Club when his deal with Huddersfield Town expires at the end of next month.
Lössl made 31 Premier League appearances for the Terriers in 2018-19, having initially joined the Yorkshire club on loan from German side Mainz 05 the previous season.
Lössl began his career in Denmark at FC Midtjylland before signing for Guingamp in June 2014, spending two seasons with the French team.
