Loan Round-Up: Debuts For Baningime And Evans

Kieran Dowell’s Sheffield United missed out on the chance to take top spot in the Championship standings as the Blades surrendered a 3-0 lead to draw at Aston Villa on Friday night.

A Billy Sharp hat-trick had the visitors in a commanding lead before on-loan Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings pulled one back. Tammy Abraham made it 3-2 and Villa academy graduate Andre Green nodded home the leveller in the fourth minute of added time.

Dowell played 74 minutes of the encounter before making way for defender Martin Cranie.

Elsewhere in the second tier, Mason Holgate played the entire match as West Brom kept pace with the league leaders thanks to a 1-0 success at Stoke City.
