Newcastle midfielder Lewis Miley has been named in Chelsea's squad for the clash with Everton on Sunday.
The 17-year-old has shone in recent weeks for Eddie Howe's side having broken into the first team this season.
Miley is set to be involved for the trip to Tottenham but has mistakenly also been included in Chelsea's matchday squad.
The midfielder's name appears at the bottom of the Chelsea list in Everton's match-day programme, with 19-year-old Jude Soonsup-Bell just above him in another error.
Soonsup-Bell is in fact no longer a Chelsea player as he made the move to London rivals Tottenham last January.
