Everton and England No 1 Jordan Pickford has revealed he began working with a psychologist during a period of poor form for his club.
Pickford, 28, has established himself as Gareth Southgate's first choice after an extended period of question marks surrounding his form.
Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the final 26-man squad announcement on Thursday, the Sunderland-born goalkeeper revealed he turned to help after a difficult period as a result feels as though he is in the right 'mindset' going forward.
'I put a lot of hard work in on and off the field to become the best,' he said.
