Former Tottenham captain Jamie Redknapp has blasted his former club and claimed they are 'not built for winning' after the sacking of Antonio Conte.
The Italian left his role by mutual consent on Sunday to leave Spurs searching for their fourth permanent manager in just under two years.
It came following his astonishing rant at the club and his players - who he labelled as 'selfish' and 'lacking fire' - after they threw away a two-goal lead to draw 3-3 with bottom of the table Southampton before the international break.
