Jack Grealish is set to undergo a medical with Everton on Monday after the Toffees struck a deal to sign for winger on a season-long loan deal from Man City.
The 29-year-old has long been expected to leave Man City this summer, after he was left out of Pep Guardiola's squad for the FIFA Club World Cup.
Everton have been leading the race to sign Grealish, who earns a reported £300,000-a-week.
The Toffees are hopeful of concluding a deal for the England international, who has fallen out of favour with Pep Guardiola.
