'I'd be very very surprised if he doesn't leave Burnley': Sean Dyche admits the Clarets' financial limitations will see Manchester United target Dwight McNeil leave Turf Moor sooner or later

Sean Dyche takes Dwight McNeil to Crystal Palace on Monday admitting that the harsh financial realities of life at Burnley mean the brilliant young winger will be sold sooner or later.

The straight-talking Burnley manager was at odds with his board this week when he criticised their cautious approach to re-signing a number of out-of-contract first team players.

Sean Dyche believes it is only a matter of time before Dwight McNeil leaves Burnley

And, with Palace just one of a number of clubs known admirers of the 20-year-old Mancunian, Dyche knows McNeil may have to leave Turf Moor to better his career prospects.
