Everton Ladies defender Gabby George has been named in Phil Neville’s first England squad.
The ex-Everton skipper took charge of the Lionesses back in January and has picked a 23-player squad for the SheBelieves Cup in March.
Having gone away for the Lionesses’ training camp in La Manga last month, Toffees defender George has been called up again by Neville, who watched Everton’s FA Women’s Cup win over Bristol City at Marine earlier this month.
She was also selected in the squad for November’s World Cup qualifiers against Bosnia and Kazakhstan, however is yet to make her debut.
