Former Leicester chief Steve Walsh appeals for information after thieves stole Premier League, Championship and League One medals as well as a watch given to him by late chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha

Former Leicester City and Everton chief Steve Walsh has had his Premier League, Championship and League One winner's medals stolen.

Thieves broke into Walsh's home in the north-west and took the 'precious' medals that he won during his time as Leicester assistant manager.

A special Leicester City edition Hublot watch, given to him by the late club chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, was also taken.

Walsh's daughter Hannah tweeted out a plea for anyone with information to contact Lancashire Police.

She added: 'The family will not be issuing any further statement, we simply ask that you share as far and wide as possible to help us trace these precious items and safely return them to our family.
