Everton Football Club and its official charity recently welcomed delegates from the Finnish FA and its member clubs to Goodison Park as part of a knowledge building visit and the opportunity to share best practices.
As part of their three days visit to Liverpool, the group of 14 people, including the staff from the Finnish Football Association and associated football teams, spent time at USM Finch Farm and met Academy Manager Joel Waldron for an overview of the Club’s work in developing young talents, before being shown around the impressive facilities by Graeme Sharp. The delegation then had the opportunity to watch the Under-16s training.
