Everton's match against Nottingham Forest is paused for nearly 10 minutes after Beto and Morgan Gibbs-White involved in accidental clash of heads... with the Everton forward leaving on a stretcher

Everton's Premier League game agaisnt Nottingham Forest was paused during injury time after Beto and Morgan Gibbs-White suffered a nasty accidental clash of heads.

The game was paused for just under 10 minutes minutes, with both players receiving treatment on the pitch after colliding in the air while competing for a high ball inside the Everton half.

Gibbs-White subsequently rose to his feet and appeared to walk off the field to receive more treatment.

But Beto, who seemed to stay prone on the floor for much longer following the collision, was subsequently taken from the field on a stretcher in the 10th minute of injury time.
