Everton midfielder Ryan Ledson has joined League One Oxford United on a three-year deal.
The England under-19 international has been allowed to leave by Ronald Koeman with his progress blocked at Goodison Park by Ross Barkley and others.
Ledson, 19, impressed on loan at Cambridge United last season.
He had previously captained England to the European Under-17s Championship in 2014.
