Everton winger Yannick Bolasie reveals struggles after knee injury: 'I didn't watch football for three months'

Everton winger Yannick Bolasie admits he could not bring himself to watching football 'for the first three months' of his rehabilitation after a serious knee injury ended his first season at the club.

Bolasie has been out of action since rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament against Manchester United in the 1-1 at Goodison Park on December 4.

It meant the 27-year-old's career on Merseyside was halted just 15 matches after becoming the Blues' big summer signing under Ronald Koeman - but the former Crystal Palace winger is through the hardest part of his recovery.
