Everton striker Oumar Niasse has been banned for two games for simulation.
The 27-year-old's case was heard by an independent regulatory commission after being found to have successfully fooled officials during Saturday’s 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace.
And Niasse - who won a penalty under Scott Dan’s challenge - was officially slapped with a two-match ban by the FA on Wednesday afternoon after they rejected Everton's appeal.

Caretaker manager David Unsworth was concerned the charge would set a dangerous precedent.
