Everton could be set to miss out on summer transfer target Gabriel Magalhaes, with the defender seemingly poised to join Napoli from French side Lille.
Magalhaes has starred in a Lille side that finished fourth in Ligue Un this term, helping them secure Europa League football next season and he has been a long term target for Carlo Ancelotti.
However, Napoli have swept in to finalise an agreement with the French outfit over a deal worth £20million plus bonuses according to Footmercato.
The report also claims that the 22-year-old is also 'thrilled' to have agreed personal terms which will see him pick up an annual salary of £1,8m over five years.
