Everton have issued Barcelona with a transfer ultimatum alongside a £22million offer with an added £3m in bonuses for their defender, Jean-Claire Todibo.
The Goodison club are looking to bolster their defensive options but have told Barca they want Todibo’s signature within the next few days or they will withdraw their offer.
Barcelona are said to appreciate Everton's offer but are waiting to see if interest from Inter Milan and Juventus could lead to a potential swap deal to help improve Quique Setien’s side instead.
The 20-year-old was a target for Everton in January but he joined Bundesliga side Schalke on loan for the rest of the season instead.
