Everton have made a revised £21million offer for Napoli striker Manolo Gabbiadini.

The 24-year-old Italy international joined from Sampdoria last year for £10.2million and has scored 20 goals largely in a support role to Gonzalo Higuain.

Gabbiadini can play across the frontline and Everton want cover for Romelu Lukaku with Oumar Niasse heading for the exit and Arouna Kone likely to follow.
