Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite has joined Dutch side PSV Eindhoven on loan for the 2022-23 season.
The 20-year-old was left at home when Everton jetted off on their pre-season tour of America earlier this week, as the club looked to secure a temporary move away from Goodison Park for him.
The English centre-back made just four Premier League starts last season as Frank Lampard opted for experience in pursuit of top flight survival.
Middlesbrough, Sheffield United, Huddersfield Town, Blackpool, Cardiff and Sunderland were all reported to be keen on taking the youngster on loan - before PSV competed a deal on Sunday afternoon.
