The Everton connection has helped England reach the quarter-finals of the Under-20s World Cup.
That’s the opinion of Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Jonjoe Kenny, who both believe the day-to-day work at Finch Farm is bearing fruit for the Young Lions 5,000 miles away over in South Korea.
All five of the Everton players in the England squad have made contributions at the tournament so far, none more so than in the 2-1 victory over Costa Rica on Tuesday.
Toffees frontman Ademola Lookman scored both goals, with Kenny providing the assist for the first and Calvert-Lewin for the second.
