The left-back, Everton’s Player and joint Players’ Player of the Season, earned his 24th international cap at the Stade de la Beaujoire as first-half goals from Thomas Lemar and Antoine Griezmann saw the world champions ease to victory.
Kurt Zouma, who made 36 appearances for the Blues on loan from Chelsea this season, came off the bench to collect his fourth cap in the final minutes.
France, who currently top Euro 2020 qualification group H, travel to second-placed Turkey next Saturday, June 8.
