Tom Davies says he is “sure things will go well” for Everton under new manager Sam Allardyce – and is tipping the Toffees to build on their midweek victory over West Ham United when Huddersfield Town come to Goodison Park on Saturday.
Davies delivered a dynamic display as Everton scored twice in each half to topple David Moyes’ Hammers on Wednesday – after being banned for last weekend’s trip to Southampton.
The 19-year-old featured in a Toffees engine room that also included the excellent Wayne Rooney – and laid on the second goal of Rooney’s terrific hat-trick.
