Brighton 0-2 Everton: Demarai Gray strike and Dominic Calvert-Lewin penalty gives Toffees victory as Rafa Benitez maintains unbeaten start

Everton maintained their unbeaten start under Rafa Benitez with a 2-0 victory over Brighton at the Amex Stadium.

Demarai Gray and Dominic Calvert-Lewin both scored in the 2-2 draw with Leeds last weekend and it was the same men on target for the Toffees this afternoon.

Gray opened the scoring in the 41st minute with a low strike from the edge of the box before Calvert-Lewin netted from the penalty spot for a second week running to double their lead in the 58th minute.
