Gareth Barry represented the Blues’ first-team squad at the annual Everton in the Community Golf Day on Tuesday afternoon.
Sponsored by Alpha Business Products, the day saw midfielder Barry and manager Ronald Koeman joined by Club ambassador Graham Stuart and former Everton skipper Kevin Ratcliffe, to show their support at the picturesque surroundings of one of the region’s finest courses, Mere Golf Resort & Spa in Cheshire.
An afternoon of golf in the sunshine was followed by team presentations and a BBQ in the evening as well as a variety of entertainment including a local singer, raffle, auction and Q&A with the Everton ambassadors, all in the aim of raising vital funds for the Club’s official charity.
