Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is reluctant to join Saudi club Al Hilal this month as he prefers a move to a top European club with PSG and Juventus interested but his £350,000-a-week salary could threaten a move

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is reluctant to join Saudi club Al Hilal this month in what arrives as a major headache for Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.

The striker can leave the Emirates Stadium this month after falling out of favour at Arsenal following a number of ‘disciplinary’ issues.

Sportsmail exclusively revealed last week that Saudi club Al Hilal had proposed to take Aubameyang on loan until the end of the season with an option to sign the Gabon international in the summer.

Al Hilal, Saudi’s most successful club, are willing to pay all of the 32-year-old’s £350,000-per-week wages.
