JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - In its annual spring break tournament, the University of Evansville earned a top five finish at the Benbow Invitational at Blue Sky Golf Club in Jacksonville, Fla.
The Aces finished fourth in the tournament, recording a two-round total of 602 (297-305) as a team, finishing just two strokes off a podium finish. Tallying a pair of sub-300 rounds, Albany State won the invitational with a team score of 588, besting tournament host Butler by two strokes.
After an impressive 70 in the opening round, sophomore Spencer Wagner finished under-par for the tournament with a final-round 73.
