EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Week three of the season for the University of Evansville softball team will see them in Statesboro, Ga. for the Eagle Round Robin. Originally scheduled for five games, the schedule will now see four contests being played due to record low temperatures.
UE took part in the Jaguar Challenge last weekend in Mobile, Ala. Despite going 1-3 in the tournament, the Purple Aces have been competitive in each and every game this season. The five losses on the season have been by a combined six runs. The victory for UE at the Jaguar Challenge came against defending Conference USA champion Louisiana Tech on Friday.
