FORT WAYNE, Ind. - After more than a month-long holiday hiatus, the University of Evansville men's and women's indoor track and field teams put in an impressive showing at the Mastodon Invitational at the University of Fort Wayne, Saturday.
"We looked really good today," said University of Evansville and women's track and field head coach Don Walters. "I'm pleased with the performance of my squad, especially coming off the holiday break."
The Aces delivered a myriad of first place finishes. On the men's side, junior Stanley Chepchieng bested the field in the triple jump with a leap of 13.
