TERRE HAUTE, In. – The University of Evansville men's and women's track and field teams had another impressive showing this weekend at the John Gatland Invitational hosted at conference foe Indiana State.
As a team the men finished the meet in third place with 42 points, while the women finished in fifth with 17.
Highlighting the evening was Anna Lowry, who set a new program record in the 5,000-meter run and took down the top spot in the event at 17:30.12.
Joey Rucinski posted a school record in points collected in the men's heptathlon, with 3,665 points, earning first place in the two day event.
