CARBONDALE, Ill. - Showcasing consistency, the University of Evansville women's golf team captured a podium finish at the Saluki Invite at Hickory Ridge Golf Course in Carbondale, Ill.
The Aces earned a third-place finish among the 14-team field at the invite, finishing with a final-round 318 to record a team-total of 631 in the two-round tournament. Winning the tournament was host Southern Illinois, who concluded the tournament with total of 615 (299 - 316) to hold a five-stroke advantage over second-place Indiana State.
Carding a 76 for the second-straight day, Sophia Rohleder paced Evansville with a second-place finish with a two-round total of 152.
