EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Battling windy conditions at Oak Meadow Country Club, Kate Petrova put forth a strong effort to lead the University of Evansville women's golf team in the opening round of the Braun Intercollegiate. Current Standings Petrova wrapped up Monday's opening round with a 1-over 73. She is tied with three other players for second place in the individual standings. Camille Rosier of UIC is the individual leader as she completed the day with an even score of 72.
Second for the Purple Aces and 10th in the standings was Elizabeth Mercer.
