EVANSVILLE - In action at Arad McCutchan Stadium, the University of Evansville men's soccer team dropped a Missouri Valley Conference clash to Bradley, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon.
Neither side could get its offense going the early moments of the match, but it was Bradley who found the back of the net first inside the first half hour. The Braves pushed the ball to the center of the field before sliding it inside the box to Gerti Wintermeyer who finished it home near post off an assist from Jha'lon Johnson. Wintermeyer nearly added a second first half goal to his tally in the 36th minute as he had his header saved.
