OWENSBURO, Ken. – The University of Evansville men's and women's cross country teams showed strong performances at the Fast Cats Classic, Saturday morning.
The women's squad finished in second place overall with three top-20 finishes, led by Anna Lowry. On the men's side, the Aces took fifth place with 130 points.
Lowry led the field with a first place 17:43.09 time, second fastest course time and 36 seconds faster than the next runner.
Jenna Fehrenbacher came in next for the Aces with a 19:19.70 15th place finish, while Bones Parker took 20th place on a 19:31.
