CHESTERTON, Ind. - Opening the postseason, the University of Evansville women's golf team will have to wait an extra day as the opening round of the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Championships has been postponed.
Slated to begin with the first round on Sunday, inclement weather has moved the first round to Monday, which will now feature 36 holes of competition at Sandy Creek Country Club in Chesterton, Ind. The tournament's final round remains as scheduled for Tuesday.
Evansville will begin it's championship pursuit on Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at Sandy Creek Country Club in Chesterton, Ind.
