TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Completing the second day of action, the University of Evansville men's and women's track and field teams continued competition at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships In Terre Haute, Ind.
In the men's long jump, freshman Nick Ryan led the way for Evansville. Ryan finished in 13th in the event with a throw of 6.36 meters and was joined by Alan Kerstiens in the event, who earned a 16th-place finish with a distance of 6.14 meters.
Also in the field for the Aces, Michael Boots powered the Evansville contingent in the men's shot put.
