EVANSVILLE, Ind. - After missing 21 games last season, senior guard Brooke Bishop's return to the court is a welcome sight and follows a long journey to reach this point.
Brooke's journey began on December 10, 2017. Playing in a game inside Meeks Family Fieldhouse, Bishop suffered a concussion in the game. In the weeks following the injury, she began to feel symptoms that told her something more may be going on. One of the most serious of those was that the vision in her right eye was not the way it was prior to the injury.
