EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville women's soccer team scored two first-half goals Thursday night, and reserve forward Abbi Lenk iced the match with her first career goal in the 82nd minute to give UE a 3-1 victory over visiting Illinois State on "Senior Night" at Arad McCutchan Stadium in Evansville.
Evansville jumped to an almost immediate lead, as in the fourth minute, junior defender Rachel Rosborough delivered a perfect cross to a streaking Hailey Autenrieb down the middle of the field, and she buried a shot into the lower-right 90 for her third goal of the season.
