The Edmonton Oilers announced they have re-signed one player of their many pending restricted and unrestricted free agents. Devin Shore will be back with the team for two more years.
The Oilers signed Shore to a one-year contract before the season began and he has been a great fit for the team playing in 38 games and putting up nine points in that time. Shore is not someone who is going to score a lot of highlight-reel goals, but he is someone the team can rely on in the bottom six as the fourth-line center.
