It’s a Valentine’s Day miracle, if you’re a Jordan Eberle fan. The Edmonton Oilers will not be dealing the forward away anytime soon, at least not before the Feb. 29 trade deadline, according to reports.
The forward has been on a line with Connor McDavid and Benoit Pouliot since Feb. 2, and with that change, Eberle’s scoring touch has seemingly returned. He scored his first NHL hat trick against Toronto earlier this week, and he has an impressive seven point record in his past few games.
With McDavid’s help, it appears that Eberle is getting back on track.
