The Edmonton Oilers roster has been changing now that Connor McDavid has undergone successful surgery to repair his broken collarbone. He will be gone for a while, and in the meantime, the Oilers need to make do with the star rookie out.
Thankfully, a bit of relief was felt today, when Todd McLellan announced the return of Jordan Eberle. He will be returning to the lineup in Friday’s bout against the Pittsburgh Penguins. This will be Eberle’s first game this season, as he was put on the LTIR after suffering a shoulder injury in the preseason.
